Returns

We do not accept returns once an order is placed and delivered, as each product is custom-made based on your specifications. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective product or an incorrect item.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

How to Request an Exchange

  • Include your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  • Once approved, you will be responsible for securely shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our end.
